COMMERCIAL CONTACT:
Attention of consultations and contact requests received by any means, of Tokenlist services, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations:
*Data collected: Name, phone, email and query.
* Purpose: To answer requests for information that the interested party has made by any means about Tokenlist products and services, and to establish and maintain business relationships.
* Legitimation: Based on the provision of consent Tokenlist is legitimized to process the data of the interested party provided through the contact request, and in accordance with the legitimate interest for the development and maintenance of commercial relations.
*Storage periods: the data will be kept until such time as the interested party requests the cancellation or deletion of their data and once deleted will be kept for a maximum period of 6 years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.

* Data collected: professional area, name, surname, telephone, e-mail, CV, cover letter and any other personal data associated with the CV or professional profile.
* Purpose: management of the interested party’s candidacy to the published selection processes or to other vacant positions according to his/her professional profile that may arise in the future within Tokenlist’s activities.
* Conservation periods: The data will be retained until you are awarded a job or until you request us to delete the data. They will therefore be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, and once completed, they may be kept for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

* Storage periods: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, and once the same may be retained for a period of six years available to the public administration, judges and courts, for the care and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.
CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS
Professional personal data provided by Clients/Suppliers for the provision of services and management of the legal or contractual relationship.
* Data collected: Name, surname, ID card number, professional contact address, e-mail, contact telephone number.
* Purpose: management of the contractual relationship of the service.
* Legitimacy: the existing legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service.
* Storage periods: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing or deletion of the same, and once completed or deleted may be retained for a period of six years available to the public administration, judges and courts, for the care and defense of possible liabilities arising from the treatment.
There are communications of data to third parties for the provision of services by third parties as data processors with whom Tokenlist has signed the corresponding Data Processor contracts and verified that they meet the sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR ensuring the protection of the rights of the data subject.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The data subject has recognized their rights to access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of their data. Similarly, he/she has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing by Tokenlist. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Tokenlist has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the data, as well as to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

The data collected through the various channels provided are strictly necessary to respond to your request, which the Interested Party voluntarily communicates. The refusal to provide the data classified as mandatory will result in the non-provision or the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested. Likewise, data may be provided on a voluntary basis in order to provide services in an optimal way. Likewise, in those cases in which third party data is provided, the Interested Party undertakes to inform them of the content of this privacy policy. The Data Subject undertakes to inform Tokenlist as soon as possible of any modification and rectification of his or her personal data so that the information contained in Tokenlist’s Activity Logs is kept up to date at all times.
